As we shape the future of our federation, we challenge members and operators to take their own path of personal and business growth, that will be explored through conference education sessions, presentations and keynote addresses, networking and island exploration.

The world of work is changing - and so are each of our roles as chefs and cooks. In relaunching our federation brand, we are responding to both external and internal calls to grow and change. We are up to the challenge and are eager to help you do the same.

Early bird: must be a member in good standing and register and pay in full by the early bird deadline of April 15, 2018.
